Job Description
Drive global electronics business growth via region-specific sales and market strategies Expand specialty gas sales through affiliates, JVs, distributors, competitors, and direct customer engagement Develop and execute product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies with Sales, Product, and Operations Manage RFQs and complex requests; provide training, tools, and commercial guidance to global affiliates Create product roadmaps and lead new product development and launches Act as commercial liaison between customers, sales, engineering, operations, and quality teams Oversee global pricing, annual sales planning, and monthly forecasting Manage all customer communications (quotes, pricing changes, process updates, new products, quality/operations updates) Ensure supply chain resilience through sourcing, contracts, and risk mitigation Serve as a global subject-matter expert in electronics gases and market trends Support day-to-day operations via Customer Service; escalate issues as needed
