Job Description

What you´ll do Build a strong network within the customer organization at all levels, including top executives. Translate the customer’s strategy and priorities into new opportunities and a joint innovation roadmap across the entire Henkel product portfolio. Be responsible for global and local revenue, profitability targets, and customer satisfaction. Maintain strategic account plans (short-/mid-/long-term targets) with clear implementation plans and present them to executives. Ensure the implementation of strategy, including product qualification, sales forecasting, CRM tool maintenance, monthly management reports, as well as quality and supply chain matters. Provide clear direction and leadership to cross-functional Henkel teams regarding account strategy, responsibilities, and expectations. Own a business development area within the team or lead a segment with virtual reporting lines. Act as an integral part of the international/local team and collaborate globally across functions to ensure smooth and seamless processes.
