Your responsibilities
• You will manage daily TRP production, including safety, quality, and delivery
• You will organize production schedules and oversee team performance
• You will collaborate with quality teams to ensure product standards
• You will lead, develop, and support production employees
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives
Expectations for you
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years' experience in machinery production and quality management
• Knowledge of welding and machining processes
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
