Career Service & Industry Relationship – Internship / Istituto Marangoni Milano

Job summary

The intern will support the Career Service & Industry Relations team in daily organizational activities for Istituto Marangoni students (including contact with companies, collect materials to activate curricular internships, support the team in one-to-one meeting to prepare CVs, portfolio, developing interview skills, etc..).

Key purpose of the role

• Support the Careers Service & Industry Relation Manager and Supervisor in daily activities and strategic projects (activate curricular internship)
• Represent the first contact for students.
• Support the organization of students’ seminars giving information, advice, and suggestions about careers, delivered through cv guidance, interview techniques, cover letters, and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Support other School departments and the Career Team in open days, academic requests, promotional events, fashion show, degree shows etc.
• Update regularly careers service’s database.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor degree in Humanistic / Languages/ Social Science;
• English and Italian proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite;
• Interest for HR / Talent Acquisition / Career Service Activities in the fashion/design sector.
• Personal skills: excellent communication skills, ability to work under stress, ability to work in a team.
