Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling Processes&Systems Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.) Qualifications Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment Willing to adapt and take on new challenges Always presents a professional image Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances Fuent english c1 Advantaged. Another Languaje is a plus. HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join in one of our store team located in La Roca Outlet (Barcelona).
