Job Description
- Drive a comprehensive partner sales enablement strategy that aligns with Google’s growth objectives and partner needs.
- Design modern, high-impact learning strategies that delight our partners.
- Establish strong trust with external partner stakeholders; deeply understand their ecosystems, identify areas for improvement, and fiercely advocate for their success internally.
- Develop and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, assess partner readiness, and drive continuous optimization across all learning tracks.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Google Cloud Business Enablement and Partner Technical Enablement, you will the development and delivery of global learning experiences—including on-demand programs, interactive webinars, sales credentials, and localized resources—to ensure partners can effectively communicate the value of Google solutions.
