EOL Lead- Decking Department- All Crews

The primary purpose of an End of Line (EOL) Lead is to provide on-the-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the efficient and safe execution of daily production tasks and to support the salaried supervisors in achieving production goals.
The EOL Lead acts as a working leader who is still involved in production tasks but also takes on additional responsibilities for guiding and supporting their team to meet daily production targets safely and effectively.
