Team Lead-Centralized Commercial Credit--(Remote—MD, VA, NC, DC only)

and commercial real estate loans within line of business parameters. In addition, the Centralized Commercial Credit Team Leader (CCCTL) will provide approval concurrence on exposures outside of the Credit Officer’s authority. Loan authority is commensurate with experience, expertise and business need.

The CCTCL ensures that loans are underwritten to comply with policy and/or are appropriately mitigated. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities. Incumbent applies knowledge of commercial lending principles and technologies to work performed. Works under limited supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
