Machine Operator   Starting Rate: $19.75 after 6mo of satisfactory performance, you will increase to $20.25. We have a night shift premium rate of an additional 7.5% on the hour) Additional Incentives: $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement Company will provide all tools necessary 2+ Weeks’ Vacation (years of experience in trade considered) Cross-training provided   Work Hours: Day and Night Shift, 12 hours Location:  3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN   As our Machine Operator, you will: Operate the machine and leads the overall product outcome associated with machine Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career   Physical Requirements: Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift   Qualifications: Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift Experience – Previous machine experience preferred Must be able to achieve productivity rates Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications Ability to use a ruler properly Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members
