Requirements
SAP BASIS.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP GROW).
Technical infrastructure support.
System monitoring and performance analysis.
Transport management.
Operational platform readiness.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.
Understanding of SAP cloud operating model.
Experience with integration architecture.
Incident management experience.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Ability to review system landscape and identify gaps.
Experience analyzing monitoring procedures and system health.
Understanding of transport processes and lifecycle management.
5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS or related roles.
Responsibilities
Support SAP technical infrastructure and ensure platform stability.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Manage transports across system landscapes and ensure consistency.
Ensure operational readiness of SAP platforms.
Provide support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP GROW) environments.
Participate in technical knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
Review system landscape and recommend improvements.
Analyze and optimize monitoring procedures.
Understand and manage transport processes effectively.
Support transition readiness and system go-live activities.
Handle incident management and resolution activities.
Collaborate with integration and architecture teams.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards.
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and processes.
