We're looking for a Digital Manager to join our Platform team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in the Havas Village in Melbourne (Richmond).

About the role


The Digital Manager plays a crucial role in driving digital media success for our clients. With at least four years of experience, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance-driven digital media campaigns. The Manager is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and budget allocation through ongoing analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, data analysis, and team leadership. In addition to your core role, you will guide and develop junior team members, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and budget. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., search, social, & display). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.


Performance Analysis: Lead the analysis of campaign performance data, identifying key trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver insightful reports to clients, clearly communicating results and recommendations.


Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a team of performance specialists & coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. You will endeavour to create a collaborative and results-oriented environment.


Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategy and performance. Proactively communicate campaign updates and address client inquiries.


Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.


Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution and optimisation.


Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital media marketing, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to agency thought leadership.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in programmatic marketing, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies.

  • Expertise in performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

  • A passion for digital media and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
