International Media Assistant – F/M

HAVAS INTERNATIONAL, who are we? 

Havas International is the international hub of Havas Media, one of the world's largest communications groups. We oversee the management, coordination, and implementation of media campaigns for major global advertisers such as Hermès, Lactalis, McCain, Le Parlement Européen, Carrefour, BNPP. 

This department is also — and above all — a team of 100 employees from all over the world, united by a shared passion for international communications. 

A nimble, human-scale entity that juggles client relations, consulting, media strategy, coordination, and implementation across all media channels, both offline and digital. 

We are looking for an International Media Assistant from September onwards to strengthen our Havas International teams in managing various clients (supporting the coordination of different specialists and other operational tasks…). 

Your future challenges? 

• Liaising and coordinating with various specialists (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) throughout the different stages of campaigns (briefing specialists, challenging media recommendations, monitoring timelines, campaign tracking, performance reporting, etc.). 

• Responding to client requests and needs to propose appropriate media activations. 

• Staying on top of the market and the latest innovations in media, technology, and data. 

• (Supporting cross-functional projects, ad-hoc studies, competitive analyses…). 

• Assisting with the financial monitoring of various campaigns. 

• Coordinating with local markets (brief follow-up, campaign tracking, day-to-day support on various requests). 

Your profile? 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, or management. 

• You are naturally organised and detail-oriented. 

• You are known for your interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong oral communication in both French and English (fluency required). 

• You have a keen interest in marketing, communications, and advertising. 

• You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. 

• You have solid analytical skills. 

• A first internship experience at an agency is a plus!
