Implementation and System Administrator with German
Job Description
We’re looking for an Implementation and System Administrator to support our internal systems and help drive digital transformation across the organization
What you’ll be doing: Configure and maintain internal systems to support new business contracts, partners, and digital solutions
Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for external partners, including setting up system access and integrations
Implement automation processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work
Support system-related changes and updates, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with internal teams to align system functions with operational requirements
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for system configurations and digital processes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across tools and processes
What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education Czech or Polish language at a native level
Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker)
Good command of English (minimum level B2)
Strong computer literacy and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
Analytical mindset with logical thinking and attention to detail
Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows quickly
Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support both internal and external stakeholders
