
Breakfast Cook - Mid-Level (Heirloom Restaurant)/Seasonal Employment
Job Description
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for executing all breakfast service and mid-level food preparation with consistency and quality. This role requires prior culinary experience, with 1–3 years of combined education and/or hands-on kitchen experience preferred. Working hours are between 5 a.m. and 3 p.m. This is a minor-friendly position; applicants must be at least 16 years of age. The position is based at Heirloom Restaurant, the flagship dining venue of the historic Athenaeum Hotel, offering formal dining in a lakeside setting. Seasonal employment (summer).
