Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute material purchasing activities based on MRP and production schedules to ensure timely supply and avoid shortages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with internal teams including planning, engineering, and logistics to align procurement activities with project and production needs.
Monitor and manage purchase order status, lead times, and delivery schedules; proactively resolve any supply chain issues.
Continuously evaluate supplier performance and support sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree. Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field would be plus.

2. Minimum 8 years of relevant purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of MRP systems, procurement processes, and supplier management.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

6. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
