Job Summary:

We have an exciting position on the WH team for a self-motivated and dedicated individual who has a passion for working with data and WH operations. You will work on projects that impact Overall performance in our WH and will play a key role in supporting WH improvement. If you can work independently to identify problems, make solution recommendations, and Proficiency of the Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and driving skills, then this is the job for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the logic and methods of the most basic operations in Warehouse, and propose independent analysis and improvement insights or plans,
Pull data from multiple systems and create executive top-level summaries
Build spreadsheets/reports/trackers and tools that can assist the team in project management
Communication skill in verbal, written, and presentation
Supervise internal material transfer requests
Process inventory management, shipping and receiving on the management systems internally.
Adhere to company warehouse policies and procedures
Perform other duties as instructed by managers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of related experience with Warehouse management, Operations, data analysis, or related fields

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 40 lbs.
• Good understanding of Warehouse operations and passion for technology

• Solid communication and collaboration skills

• Must be detail oriented and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Salary Range

$71,000 - $75,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
