HR Job Evaluation Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will provide specialist services in manpower and succession planning; job evaluation/ job design and support delivery of our classifications system. You will assist in the creation and writing of job descriptions, collaborate with compensations and benefits team to determine the classification of positions, lead working committee in carrying out occupational reviews and monitor consistency of processes.
Requirements:
A university degree in engineering, science, business, human resources or a related discipline
A minimum of 7 years work experience, science, business, human resources or related discipline evaluation systems, job description, and pay equity labour relations theory and principles.
Sufficient knowledge of the compensations policies and practices and their relationship to job evaluations.
