Seeking a multi-faceted individual to join a well-established corporation near Downtown St. Louis
Responsibilities
Manage All HR functions:
- Maintain confidential employee and corporate records
- Manage all phases of employee benefits offerings
- Manage the staffing process: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop training materials and performance review programs
- Maintain and update employee handbook, to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Registration in various industry and governmental associations
- Ensure accordance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with Accounting department functions
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Trustworthy, ethical, dependable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll Processing
- 3+ years of experience in Office Management
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
