Seeking a multi-faceted individual to join a well-established corporation near Downtown St. Louis


Responsibilities


Manage All HR functions:

  • Maintain confidential employee and corporate records
  • Manage all phases of employee benefits offerings
  • Manage the staffing process: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Develop training materials and performance review programs
  • Maintain and update employee handbook, to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Registration in various industry and governmental associations
  • Ensure accordance with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.


Assist with Accounting department functions

Other duties as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trustworthy, ethical, dependable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll Processing
  • 3+ years of experience in Office Management
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
