As an AI Innovation Manager, you will orchestrate the development of the AI innovation program in Bangalore. You will work closely with engineers, researchers, and leadership to ensure that ideas translate into real projects and products.
Your job:
- Coordinate the AI innovation portfolio
- Identify and prioritize promising AI initiatives
- Support cross-functional collaboration between research and engineering
- Manage project roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Facilitate partnerships with startups, universities, and internal teams
- Help grow the innovation culture within the team
Your qualification:
- Degree in engineering, AI, or related field
- Experience in technology innovation or product development
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical ideas into strategic initiatives
- Experience working with AI or deep-tech products
- Experience in industrial technology environments
- Experience working in startup or research environments
