NRG Field Service Tech III

As a member of our Technical Services team, the Field Service Technician III travels to job sites to perform installation and commissioning of NRG products, and troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document all products returned by customers. The Field Service Technician III has specialized and comprehensive knowledge of all NRG products.    This position requires a high degree of technical competence, critical thinking skills, application of technical concepts, and a great degree of latitude in judgment.  This position reports to the Technical Services Manager.
