NRG Controller

The Controller is a key member of NRG Systems’ Finance leadership team and a critical partner in supporting the company’s obligations as a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies (NYSE: ESE), a publicly traded company. Reporting to the VP of Finance and serving on the company’s Operating Group, the Controller has enterprise-wide accountability for the integrity of financial reporting, the strength of internal controls, and the operational effectiveness of the Accounting function. This role leads a team of accounting professionals and partners closely with the FP&A Director, VP of Finance, and ESCO corporate leadership to ensure that NRG meets the rigorous financial reporting standards, SOX compliance requirements, and audit obligations required of a publicly traded organization.
