You as an Project Manager with our Energy & Digital Services team will:
Manage projects across the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis, product specifications, project planning, purchase decisions, implementation, integration, quality assurance, training and deployment.
Collect and analyze data to determine business challenges and opportunities and work with stakeholders, consultants and subject matter experts to identify technology solutions.
Work with the internal team, vendors and subcontractors to develop proposals for projects of various size/complexity. Manage financials and project change for the duration of the work.
Attend (and lead) client meetings regularly to guide relationships, optimize services and generate new business
Assist in contract development and administration for existing and prospective clients to facilitate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships
Design and deploy effective solutions through the creative application of leading-edge knowledge of information technology
Research new technologies, hardware, software, and integration options required for achieving project goals
Supervise project implementations by partners and vendors and manage subcontractors effectively to deliver the project on time and on budget
Is this role right for you?
· 3+ years of demonstrated experience in project management, client management, and business development;
· Experience in capital planning and/or lifecycle work for technology systems and hardware is an asset;
· A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related disciplines is preferred;
· Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders and internal team members
· Strong technical writing skills to support reporting and contract development;
· Change Management experience to help end users adopt and operationalize technology is an asset;
· A working knowledge of building systems including HVAC and Building Automation Systems, electrical systems, lighting and lighting controls, energy management systems, etc. is an asset;
· Detailed knowledge of data networking and enterprise infrastructure in commercial/residential, corporate and healthcare environments is an asset;
· Experience in construction is an asset
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000
