Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and support timely month-end closing with tight reporting deadlines.
- Responsible for financial reporting schedules and financial analysis on monthly basis
- Oversee accounts receivable functions, including monitoring outstanding balances and collection follow-ups.
- Handle billing processes, receipt posting, and support Fapiao and tax arrangement
- Prepare the accounts receivable subledger and relevant reports
- Assist in annual audit processes and tax filing requirements.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma/ Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance function within a commercial organization is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Good computer knowledge
- Familiarity with SUN/Oracle Accounts system will be a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua) is preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
