Join us as a Customer Service Associate where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth inbound operations, system accuracy, and excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Inbound Operations & Documentation
Manage and verify inbound documentation (receiving reports, stock cards, tally sheets) with high accuracy
Ensure timely and accurate sharing of required inbound documents with customers
Generate inbound summary reports in WMS to support inventory checks
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards
Order & Process Coordination
Prepare and review picklists with strong attention to detail
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate execution
Validate inbound ASN creation in WMS to ensure data integrity
Systems & Inventory Management (SAP, WMS & AWS)
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP accurately and on time
Monitor stock levels, including expired inventory and inventory movements
Track and reconcile inventory transactions across SAP and WMS
Manage daily auto status reports (e.g., KCAP, KCW3)
Gain exposure to AWS-based systems and digital tools supporting logistics operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar systems
Good communication skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
