Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Maintain company customer service standards within the community. Greets and allows entry to residents and delivery personnel to assist with residents’ needs, providing high quality resident customer service. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Community Director, Senior Community Director, or Lead Service Manager SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist delivery personnel, guests and all residents with access to the community.
- Be the first greeter when a resident, prospective resident, vendor, or contractor comes to the community. Emphasize providing excellent customer relationship management.
- Keep the front sidewalk and entry
