StandardAero is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Miami, FL component repair operations. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner for our Miami leadership team and service as the single point of contact for all HR support needs. The HR Manager will lead employee relations (including complex investigations), drive culture-change and post-acquisition/turnaround initiatives, provide hands-on HR support to site leaders, and lead strategic projects from planning through execution to align people strategy with operational goals.
