- Have a highly collaborative approach and strong inter-personal skills. Exercising good judgment in a fast-paced environment is key.
- Have strong communication skills that allow you to interact with a wide variety of individuals and to convey legal issues clearly and simply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Top-flight in-house legal experience, including representing tech clients, is strongly preferred. We are also interested in relevant experiences at US antitrust regulators (FTC, DOJ) and in top law firms.
- Interest and exposure to international antitrust practice is a plus. Preference will be given to experience counseling clients in all aspects of global antitrust law.
- Exposure to a wide range of platform issues, including artificial intelligence, advertising, app distribution, e-commerce, payments, and international developments in digital platform regulation.
