Position Overview
As an LVN, you will play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts based on facility needs.
Schedule Requirements
Part-Time Flexible position
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation and medical records.
Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.
Communicate changes in resident status to the nursing and healthcare team.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
Support quality care initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required.
