In Store Sales - Backup Driver

In this role, you will provide customer support by taking phone orders, addressing inquiries, tracking order status and shipments and solving customer issues You will assess and recommend products while promoting additional sales of hard goods and gases to achieve target margins Conduct product demonstrations for customers using customer insight to drive and guide the development of new offerings You will work closely with and provides sales support to Outside Sales team Maintains customer records and files, including accurate account setup and pricing, as well to perform warehouse duties and moving cylinders for customers as needed Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up You will complete hazardous material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOT regulations Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections is part of your role Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance Build both relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs Continuously building your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing
