Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading and facilitating Agile teams to drive successful project outcomes. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide cross-functional teams, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively. You will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project goals, while also promoting Agile best practices and removing obstacles that hinder team progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Data Visualization Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Define the vision, roadmap, and governance framework for enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards.
• Develop standardized, reusable visualization templates that can be adopted across functions and customized as needed.
• Drive best practices for dashboard design, data storytelling, and UX consistency.
• Enable self-service BI adoption while maintaining governance standards.a 
• Create enterprise-wide standards for KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures.
• Build a library of reusable components (templates, themes, datasets).
• Ensure uniformity in branding, layout, and user experience across all dashboards.
• Define guidelines for customization without compromising consistency.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data visualization and analytics projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile/Waterfall execution models.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized dashboard delivery
• Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business, data engineering, and BI development teams.
• Drive adoption of standardized dashboards across business units.
• Provide direction on Data modeling and semantic layers, Performance optimization, Integration with data platforms

Work Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in data/analytics.
• Strong experience in setting up CoEs or governance frameworks.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum/PMP methodologies.
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Strong understanding of:
• Dashboard standardization
• Data storytelling
• UX/UI best practices for BI
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of:
• Data warehousing
• ETL pipelines
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience in enterprise-scale BI transformation programs
• Prior experience in building self-service analytics ecosystems
• Exposure to data governance frameworks
