Overview Account Executives are trusted partners to our internal cross-functional teams and clients. We are looking for someone who is focused on the details, passionate about execution and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. This Account Executive will support the day-to-day management and execution of integrated commerce marketing programs for the Walmart business. The ideal candidate has experience working with Walmart, Walmart Connect and Creative Builder and understands the processes required to move creative from brief through approval and launch. This person will help connect the client, Arc’s internal teams, Walmart Connect and external partners. They will maintain clear communication, organize project details and help ensure Walmart programs launch accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Support the account team with day-to-day client and project needs. Own and maintain internal and client-facing status documents, action-item trackers and meeting recaps. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams by sharing relevant information, collecting feedback and securing approvals. Route work through internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, Walmart Connect, legal, regulatory and other agency partners. Assist with the development, management and monitoring of project timelines. Support the development and execution of integrated commerce marketing campaigns that align with the client’s broader brand, commerce and media strategies. Support Walmart-specific programs across digital, ecommerce, print, retail media and shopper marketing channels. Manage Walmart Connect creative workflows from initial briefing through Creative Builder development, review, approval and launch. Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, production and project management teams to confirm Walmart Connect deliverables, specifications and deadlines. Gather and organize the assets required for Walmart Connect creative, including product images, logos, item information, messaging, legal copy, click-through URLs and other campaign details. Review Creative Builder executions for accuracy, consistency and alignment with approved client creative. Confirm that Walmart Connect creative follows the applicable Walmart branding requirements, placement specifications and advertising guidelines. Track creative submissions, approvals, moderation feedback, revisions and resubmissions. Maintain clear records of creative versions and final approvals. Maintain clear records of reporting and briefs. Partner with media teams to confirm creative readiness, campaign launch dates and placement requirements. Review client-facing materials and campaign deliverables for accuracy before they are shared or submitted. Identify missing information, approval risks or timeline concerns and communicate them to the account team early. Develop a working knowledge of the client’s brands, business priorities and Walmart objectives. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of relevant agency, commerce marketing, shopper marketing, account management or digital marketing experience. Previous experience supporting Walmart campaigns (WMC). Hands-on experience working with Walmart Connect and Walmart’s Creative Builder. Familiarity with Walmart Connect Ad Center, creative submission processes and approval workflows. Understanding of Walmart creative specifications, branding requirements and advertising guidelines. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across creative, media and commerce teams. Strong attention to detail, with clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, balance and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering accurate, quality work for internal teams and clients. Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and willing to speak up when information, decisions or approvals are needed. Able to adjust communication and working style based on the situation and audience. Able to identify the core issue within a problem and help determine a practical solution. Experience in Google Suite platform. Preferred Qualifications Walmart Connect certification in Creative Essentials, Retail Media or Onsite Display. Experience supporting Walmart Connect Onsite Display, Sponsored Search, offsite media or in-store advertising programs. Experience working with consumer packaged goods brands. Familiarity with Walmart ecommerce content, product detail pages, item IDs and destination URLs. Experience managing legal, regulatory or claims-based creative reviews. Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. What Success Looks Like Status documents, timelines and action items remain accurate and current. Internal teams and clients receive clear, timely communication. Creative assets are complete, accurate and ready before Walmart Connect deadlines. Creative Builder submissions meet client and Walmart requirements. Feedback, approvals and revisions are documented and addressed. Potential risks are identified before they affect campaign delivery. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
