Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Business Systems Analyst role involves being responsible for exploring, planning, conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges.
To provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements, to create specifications and direct translations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail.
Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.
To establish close communication strategy with stakeholders and provide consulting activities to end-users to guarantee correct system implementations and procedures of proposed solutions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals.
- Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
- Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals
- Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, consistent with all software development lifecycle phases.
- Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Use a variety of technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insights.
- Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies.
- Work within the established model to allow software and/or systems scalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements.

- Strong experience as business analyst, with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills — this role requires clear, confident engagement with global internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with e-tickets.
- Investigate and resolve application issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Basic- intermediate EDI knowledge.
- Warehouse functional processes knowledge and experience.
- Functional shop floor control knowledge.
- SQL Oracle & Microsoft advanced knowledge.
- Travel availability.
