Job Description
- Lead a team of Outcome Technical Sales Specialists, focusing on team culture, strategy, and skills development to deliver cloud outcomes for customers and accelerate value realization.
- Balance technical leadership with operational excellence, support team’s progress against delivery plans to drive the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads.
- Develop customer executive relationships and act as a partner on cloud, transformation implementation, expansion opportunities, and escalations.
- Work cross-functionally across Google, partners, and your team to resolve technical roadblocks including capacity needs and constraints and product problems affecting customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth forecasting.
