Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Associate with the opportunity to earn unlimited sales commissions!

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
- Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
- Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
- Become an expert in our products and services through training
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams
Who You Are:
- 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
- Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
- Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt
Competitive training wage $16.90 - $18.00 / hr for three months and then switching to continuous base pay of $16.90 PLUS unlimited sales commission!
