What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly face that greets customers and answers calls with professionalism and positivity.
- Lead the sales floor as the "manager on duty" and help keep everything running like clockwork.
- Process sales transactions, refunds, and service orders with precision and care.
- Dive into HR tasks like payroll, recruiting, and performance management.
- Partner with our Accounting team to handle daily cash balancing, bank deposits, and vendor checks.
- Keep the store stocked with supplies and ensure everything is clean, organized, and showroom-ready.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems, support customers, and make the store a fun place to work!
Who You Are:
- You love retail, helping people, and staying organized.
- You’re a natural leader who enjoys working with others to achieve goals.
- Problem-solving is your superpower, and you thrive under pressure.
- You’re tech-savvy with skills in MS Office, HRIS software, CRM, and accounting systems.
- You’re comfortable standing, walking, and lifting furniture up to 25 lbs.
