Job Description:
Performance Contracting Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the training processes out at our PCI Dallas 114 operations located in Midlothian, TX. This individual will be responsible for the following essential functions:
Conduct training and verify employee retention
Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $72,400-$97,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
OSHA 30 Certification
Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings

Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
Customer service skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
General knowledge of trade tools, equipment and materials used in the construction industry

Demonstrable adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
