Job Description

Ensures the store looks attractive by deciding the arrangement of merchandise in the

store.

Trains new staff and manages work schedules of the staff.

Ensures merchandise is replenished and store is never out of stock.

Strictly monitor the store consumers financing scheme i.e. ensures procedures for post

dated cheque operations are followed through.

Makes weekly reports relating to footfall, conversion rate, customer information and

store Expenses to the head office.

Keeps track of the financial transaction in the store.

Liaises with Depot Cashier for weekly floats and ensure expenses are promptly retired.

Oversees all store operations; Merchandising, stock control, customer service and

invoicing.

Responsible for the day running of the store, in the absence of Retail Manager.

Minimum of BSc or HND from a reputable institution.

Outstanding communication skill (oral & writing)

Ability to effectively lead team

Between two to three (2-3)years experience in similar role

Ability to make quick decision

Ability to withstand stress.

Good presentation skills.

Great passion and drive

Ability to use initiative

Age 25-28 years
