Job Description

This internship offer is from 1st September 2026 for 6 months only. 

 

The EPO (Europe Procurement Organization) Finance intern provides support in controlling, financial analysis, and reporting activities to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information for decision-making. He/She contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while assisting in cash management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in controlling activities, Ebitda analysis, BAR, budget, and Strategy. 
  • Contribute to the preparation of reliable, accurate, and timely financial reporting & analysis.
  • Help prepare variance analysis reports comparing actuals to budget and forecasts
  • Support cash management activities, including follow-up and OWCR evaluation. Assist in cash analysis tasks.
  • Assist in managing credit risk and account receivables, including overdue follow-up efforts to minimize bad exposure.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal audits - Sox
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests related to controlling topics and contribute to the digitalization and harmonization of various financial topics

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Education in accounting, business, controlling, economics. 
  • Knowledge in accounting, Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
