Security Assistant Manager
Woburn Forest | Circa £34,100 per annum
Start every break with a warm welcome
Reporting to the Security Manager, you will manage the village Security team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You'll lead daily operations and maintain high security standards across the village.
What you'll be doing
Manage village access, vehicle checks and conduct security patrols across all areas
Lead and motivate the Security team, ensuring effective performance and wellbeing
Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing first aid when required
Foster a positive team culture focused on safety and morale

Your working hours
Full-time
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 161 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
These shifts will be a mixture of: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am
About you
Sociable confident, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to support and develop teams
Friendly, genuine, and warm towards colleagues and guests
Calm under pressure, organised, computer literate and approachable
SIA Door Supervisor and First Aid at Work certified, or willing to undertake training
Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
