Job Description
- Ensure proper documentation of all clients complete with all required forms and documentations.
- Collate clients’ data into the data management system and assist with data collation and repots as required and requested.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, verifying receipt of supplies and requisitioning in line with office procedure.
- Ensure operation of equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Degree/Higher diploma in socialscience or related field.
- At least 3 years experience workingin an administrative capacity preferably in a non governmental organization.
- Demonstrated written and oralcommunication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as ateam.
- Knowledge of gender-based violenceissues in the Lagoscontext.
