Description
Join our dynamic HR Shared Service Center Team in Poland/Wroclaw as an HR Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting HR and Payroll processes across the Nordic region (Nordics). You will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, helping to deliver seamless and efficient solutions to HR inquiries.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Manage the HR inbox and route queries that cannot be resolved to the relevant local HR colleagues
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, including changes to employment terms, and ensure relevant departments are informed
- Manage end-to-end processes related to the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) within the assigned Nordic countries
- Manage payroll-related information to ensure accuracy and timely data input
- Create and regularly update process guides for the Nordic region
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Provide backup support for other regions/countries within the scope of the HR SSC team
- Support standardization and automation initiatives across HR processes in different countries
- Initiate and implement process improvements and automation within HR processes
- Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality of work
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Payroll, HR, or Administration
- Willingness to learn and develop in HR & payroll topics
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
- Ability to manage your own workload and balance competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Shared Services environment
