Description
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Stock Administrator to join our team. This is not a purely desk-based role, it’s a varied position where you’ll be involved in both stock administration and supporting the wider store team.

About The Role

Hours of Work: 25 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a Stock Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly, ensuring stock accuracy while also supporting day-to-day store operations.

As a Stock Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly, ensuring stock accuracy while also supporting day-to-day store operations.
This is a varied role where some days will focus on administration and stock control, while others will be more fast-paced with multiple deliveries to process. Alongside this, you’ll also support on the shop floor, including serving customers on the till and replenishing stock. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing stock records and ensuring accuracy across systems
Processing deliveries
• Checking goods in, resolving discrepancies, and managing paperwork
• Supporting stock takes and daily stock routines
• Handling goods in/out and returns
• Assisting with reports and general administration
• Supporting colleagues on the shop floor, including:

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and practical work and is happy to get involved wherever needed.
• Experience in retail, administration, or a similar environment
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to “muck in”
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with stock or data
• Good IT skills and confidence using systems
• Ability to adapt, some days are quiet, others are busy and physical
• A friendly, approachable manner with customers and colleagues
• You’ll be proactive, approachable, and solution-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and supporting store success
