Responsibilities:
Monitors and manages item-level replenishment orders through Walmart’s Retail Link and order management systems.
Analyzes sales velocity, inventory positions, days of supply, and forecast data to identify and resolve supply gaps.
Partners with demand planning and supply chain teams to align production, distribution, and store-level inventory targets.
Manages item setup, pack configurations, and distribution center assignments within Walmart systems.
Resolves deductions, chargebacks, and compliance issues related to replenishment and order management.
Develops and maintains weekly scorecards and dashboards tracking in-stock rate, weeks of supply, and fill rate performance.
Conducts root cause analysis on out-of-stock events and develops corrective action plans.
Leverages Retail Link, Scintilla, and internal reporting tools to generate insights that drive replenishment decisions.
Serves as a subject matter expert for Walmart replenishment processes across internal sales, supply chain, and customer development teams.
Builds and maintain strong working relationships with Walmart replenishment buyers and merchants
Participates in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and QBR meetings, providing data-driven insights to support sales strategies
Supports new item launches and seasonal events by coordinating inventory builds and managing order flow.
Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of total experience, including 2 or more years in a relevant functional area; or 2-4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Proven subject matter expertise in replenishment processes, inventory management, and retail supply chain operations.
Proficiency with Walmart’s Retail Link platform, including item management, order management, and reporting.
Strong industry knowledge of CPG replenishment methodologies, Walmart supplier systems, and retail execution.
Experience working directly with Walmart buyers or replenishment, ERP systems, and food or beverage manufacturing is a plus.
