We’re excited to introduce a role that sits right at the heart of the energy transition in Serbia. As our Utility Key Account Manager - Serbia, you will be the trusted partner for our key utility customers, driving long-term relationships and supporting large-scale PV projects from early discussions through to successful delivery.   • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with utility customers, EPCs and IPPs in the Serbian market
  • Own the full sales cycle for utility-scale PV projects, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation
  • Act as the main commercial interface between customers and internal teams such as technical sales, service and operations
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and European business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and project-related discussions in Serbia

Your profile

  • Experience in key account management or sales within the utility-scale PV or broader energy sector
  • Solid understanding of utility projects, EPC business models and tender-based sales
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently in Serbia while collaborating closely with regional teams
  • Serbian language at C1 level and English at C1 level
  • Willingness to travel within Serbia and occasionally across the region
