As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing, governing, and quality-assuring solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The role ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with business needs as well as the organization’s IT and architecture principles.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundation of our digital ecosystem, support the organization in uncovering insights, and collaborate on driving innovation in the Business Intelligence domain.
How you’ll make an impact
- Be a positive role model in the team and beyond by living Hitachi Energy’s Leadership Pillars which means live our vision, work together, deliver promises, and develop people.
- Design scalable end-to-end solutions by leveraging all Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents) and applying an environment-centric architecture with Dataverse and secure integration patterns.
- Establish strong governance and solution lifecycle management (standards, architecture reviews, solution packaging, and reusable patterns) to ensure maintainable, future-proof deliveries across environments.
- Embed security and compliance by design by ensuring data isolation, implementing role-based access, and establishing platform guardrails that safeguard sensitive information while enabling controlled collaboration.
- Accelerate business value by enabling makers and teams with coaching, templates, and best practices so productivity solutions are delivered faster without compromising governance.
- Proactively manage platform change by assessing release wave impacts, testing in preview/sandbox, and planning rollout and communication to keep solutions stable and continuously improving.
Your background
- You have at least a university degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience from a comparable position
- To successfully take on this position, you probably have experience from supporting and growing team members in an environment with continuously upcoming opportunities and challenges.
- You’ll assess essential aspects of the business and make informed choices in line with the business requirements.
- A motivated leadership is required for this role since the change process takes time and is challenging.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- High level of time management skills for you self and when coaching others.
