Job Description
- Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-impact health partners, driving the growth of credible health content on the platform.
- Provide data-driven content strategy, optimization advice, and digital transformation coaching to help traditional health entities grow in a modern video ecosystem.
- Translate partner feedback and health-sector nuances into actionable insights for YouTube’s product and engineering teams to improve platform features like health source labels and shelves.
- Negotiate and execute complex content partnerships and strategic agreements with health partners and institutions.
- Educate partners on multi-format content strategies, advising them on how to successfully split messaging between short-form engagement (shorts) and in-depth search patient education (long-form/live).
