This is a unique opportunity to contribute to bringing life-changing treatments to market.

Your new role

As an Analytical Chemist, you will take ownership of analytical activities and ensure the reliability and quality of testing methods across development and product release.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the optimisation and validation of analytical methods to ensure robustness and compliance
  • Leading systematic problem-solving, deviation handling, and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborating closely with laboratory technicians and cross-functional stakeholders, such as QA, production, and validation teams
  • Supporting daily laboratory operations to maintain high GMP and compliance standards

Your new department

You will join Global QC & ASAT, a global organisation with more than 2,400 employees supporting quality control across Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing network. The department, based in Hillerød, consists of approximately 60 employees organised into four teams and is responsible for stability testing, validation, and ad hoc analyses within rare disease products. You will become part of a high-performing team with a collaborative culture, strong knowledge-sharing, and a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will combine a solid scientific background with a strong quality mindset and a collaborative approach.

We expect that you:

  • Hold a degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or a related discipline
  • Have experience working in GMP-regulated environments
  • Bring hands-on experience with analytical techniques, preferably including CE-SDS
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
