We are seeking an Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead high-impact Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results across our North American operations.
This hybrid role is ideal for a collaborative change leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys partnering across sites to improve operational performance, process capability, efficiency, and return on invested capital (ROIC). Preferred candidate locations include Reading, PA, Scranton, PA, or Mesa, AZ.
What You’ll Do
Lead Enterprise Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Lead 3–4 large-scale Continuous Improvement projects annually across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and functional teams
- Drive measurable business improvements in operational performance, process capability, efficiency, and financial impact
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution and sustainable results
- Develop and communicate business cases supporting process and operational improvements
Champion Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
- Apply advanced Lean and Six Sigma tools including Kaizen, 5S, Stable Ops, Value Stream Mapping, and Leader Standard Work
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for project teams and leadership
- Drive a strong culture of Continuous Improvement and operational excellence across the organization
- Support structured stage-gate and project pipeline processes for prioritization and execution
Coach, Train & Develop Organizational Capability
- Mentor and coach associates and leaders on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving techniques
- Support enterprise Continuous Improvement training initiatives through facilitation and expertise
- Increase engagement and Continuous Improvement awareness at all organizational levels
- Share best practices across sites and functional teams throughout the organization
Leverage Data & Analytics
- Utilize Minitab, Minitab Engage, and advanced data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities and validate results
- Analyze operational and financial data to quantify project benefits and drive decision-making
- Develop reports, dashboards, and project communications to support visibility and accountability
- Ensure project outcomes and metrics are effectively communicated to leadership and stakeholders
Drive Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with site leaders and business functions to identify strategic improvement opportunities
- Support innovation, change management, and operational transformation initiatives
- Stay current on emerging Continuous Improvement tools, technologies, and best practices
- Lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Lean Master certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or technically complex environments
- Proven expertise with Lean methodologies including Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Leader Standard Work
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Minitab, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and build collaborative relationships
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel approximately 30% across North America

The salary range for this position is $87,800 - $109,800. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
