This role does not manage transactional staff.
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for revenue‑cycle modernization initiatives, including new technologies, workflow redesign, and system enhancements.
- Drive execution of multi‑department transformation roadmaps — ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and adoption targets are met.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve revenue realization, reduce manual effort, and surface missed billing opportunities.
- Serve as a business owner for revenue-optimization use cases, ensuring technology investments are aligned to measurable outcomes.
- Translate operational pain points into clear technology requirements and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and/or develop KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize project management software/tools for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Surface insights and trends to leadership with clear recommendations.
- Lead targeted optimization initiatives to close identified gaps.
- 5–10 years experience in project management, revenue cycle operations, transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects with measurable operational and financial impact.
- Track record of implementing new technologies into the healthcare revenue cycle.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, KPIs, and workflow data.
- Ability to translate operational problems into structured solutions and technology requirements.
- Demonstrated usage of AI to solve problems.
- DME/HME experience
- Exposure to systems like Brightree and/or similar platforms
Pay Range: $63,894 - $95,842 per hour
