Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Support production builds and system integration to ensure smooth manufacturing ramp
- Troubleshoot electronic and system-level issues (PCB, assemblies, wiring, subsystems)
- Perform root cause analysis on production and field failures and implement corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability and performance issues
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test procedures, troubleshooting guides)
- Support validation, testing, and qualification of electronic assemblies
- Analyze production data to drive yield improvement, reliability, and cost reduction
- Interface with suppliers to resolve component or assembly issues
- Support engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and ongoing product sustaining
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
