Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Electrical Engineer (MDE) responsible for supporting manufacturing, integration, and sustaining of electronic subsystems and assemblies. The role focuses on resolving production issues, improving product quality and yield, and ensuring reliable performance across the product lifecycle.

Support production builds and system integration to ensure smooth manufacturing ramp
Troubleshoot electronic and system-level issues (PCB, assemblies, wiring, subsystems)
Perform root cause analysis on production and field failures and implement corrective actions
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability and performance issues
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test procedures, troubleshooting guides)
Support validation, testing, and qualification of electronic assemblies
Analyze production data to drive yield improvement, reliability, and cost reduction
Interface with suppliers to resolve component or assembly issues
Support engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and ongoing product sustaining

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
